By accessing or using OrderBridge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OrderBridge is a multi-channel order management application that:

• Synchronizes orders from online marketplaces to Shopify
• Pushes fulfillment and tracking information to marketplaces
• Imports and syncs customer reviews
• Manages product mappings and inventory across platforms

3. Account Requirements

• You must have a valid Shopify store to use the Service
• You must have appropriate permissions for connected marketplace accounts
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Subscription and Payment

• The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $2.99/month
• Payment is processed through the Shopify Billing API
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• No refunds are provided for partial months

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Use the Service to violate the terms of connected platforms (Shopify, Etsy, etc.)

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Shopify and Etsy. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or services.

8. Intellectual Property

• OrderBridge and its original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws
• You retain ownership of your data and content
• You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the Service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OrderBridge and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Shopify admin
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

16. Trademark Notices

The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
